STAGE 01
concept design
Start with a single thought and we'll develop it into an inspiring concept using plans, sketches and computer visuals to bring your ideas to life.
STAGE 02
site survey
When a site has been chosen we'll do an investigation to understand the space. We'll agree on what level of construction is required and map out the scope of your project.
STAGE 03
space planning
We'll work to implement your new concept into your new space through an exploration of floor plans and layouts, gradually developing and refining them to reflect your business goals.
STAGE 04
technical design
Technical design includes lighting and small power
plans required for your project to pass statutory regulations. New furniture and joinery details are created at this stage.
I can help you make the required local authority planning applications and building control applications at this point.
STAGE 05
construction
and handover
When your layout and technical design have been agreed then all design documentation is passed to your builder and/or project manager of choice.
We are on hand to support you until construction is successfully completed and the site is ready to start trading.
